Refund Policy — Apex Offshore Holding LLC

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which Apex Offshore Holding LLC ("we," "us," or "our") issues refunds for our Formation Services and CopyCraft AI subscriptions. By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. CopyCraft AI Subscriptions

CopyCraft AI is offered as a subscription with a 14-day free trial. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. After the trial, subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable, except as follows:

If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid subscription payment, you may request a full refund of that first payment.
After the initial 14-day period, no partial or pro-rated refunds are provided for the current billing period.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.

3. Formation Services

Formation Services are one-time fees for administrative and coordination work, which begins immediately after purchase. Because third-party state filing fees and registered agent costs are incurred at the time of filing, the following applies:

If you cancel before we begin processing your order, you may receive a full refund of our service fee.
Once processing has begun, our service fee is non-refundable; however, any unused third-party fees (e.g., state filing fees not yet paid to the state) will be refunded.
If your formation is rejected by the state authority due to an error on our part, we will correct the filing at no additional service charge, or refund our service fee if correction is not possible.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@apexoffshoreholding.com within the applicable period described above. Please include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and the reason for the request. We will process valid refund requests within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not provided for: (a) services already fully performed; (b) third-party fees already paid to government agencies or partners; (c) accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service; or (d) suspected fraudulent activity.
